“Goon 2” is happening.

After the cult sensation became the highest-grossing English-language Canadian film in 2011, producer Jay Baruchel says the movie’s sequel is well on its way “after a very long time, a lot of hard work and blood, sweat and tears.”

The film will shoot in Toronto this summer, according to Global News. The original was shot in Manitoba.

Baruchel is best known for his comedic work alongside Seth Rogen in films such as 2013’s “This Is The End,” a comedy spoofing apocalypse films.

Baruchel co-wrote and produced the script for both “Goon” and “Goon 2” with Rogen’s production partner Evan Goldberg, who co-directed “This Is The End” with Rogen.

The film stars American Pie actor Seann William Scott as Doug “The Thug” Glatt.

No official release dates for the film have been announced.
