Aqib Talib looks to be in trouble with the law.

The Denver Broncos cornerback is being investigated, along with his brother, for a possible aggravated assault charge, WFAA in Dallas reported Wednesday.

Talib and his brother weren’t arrested but Dallas Police Department sources told WFAA the two men were questioned at the scene. They were then allowed to leave, but the vehicles they were in were towed.

Talib has a pretty ugly history when it comes to violence. He was involved in a fist fight during his rookie symposium in 2008. Additionally, he was arrested in 2009 and charged with resisting arrest and simple battery after allegedly assaulting a taxi driver. In 2011, he was indicted after a warrant for his arrest was issued after he allegedly fired a gun at his sister’s boyfriend. Those charges were eventually dropped.

In June, Dallas Police incorrectly identified Talib in a public intoxication arrest. It was later revealed it was actually Talib’s brother who was arrested.
