The Cleveland Browns are trying to pull off a draft day heist the likes we haven’t seen since, well, the movie “Draft Day.”

The Browns are offering two first-round picks to the Tennessee Titans in exchange for the Titans’ No. 2 overall pick in the NFL draft, according to ESPN’s Pat McManamon. If the Browns were able to secure that No. 2 pick, they would draft Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota.

Cleveland owns the Nos. 12 and 19 picks in the first round and would send both of those picks to Tennessee in order to move up. Cleveland infamously drafted a quarterback in the first round last season, taking Johnny Manziel out of Texas A&M. Manziel had a tumultuous first season and recently went to rehab as off-field issues finally caught up to him.

The first round of the NFL draft is scheduled for Thursday night.
