Tebow, a former Heisman Trophy winner at Florida and one of the greatest college football players of all time, hasn’t seen NFL game action since 2012, when he played nine games for the New York Jets. Tebow signed with the Patriots in the summer of 2013, but he was released at the end of training camp and never made the team’s regular-season roster. He has not been signed to an NFL contract since.

Tebow has stayed in the public eye, though, serving as a college football analyst for ESPN since January 2014.

Tebow started his career with the Denver Broncos, who took him in the first round of the 2010 NFL Draft, and steered them to the playoffs in his second season.
