The New England Patriots could look to replace Darrelle Revis in the first round of the 2015 NFL draft.

The Patriots will work out Wake Forest cornerback Kevin Johnson, The Baltimore Sun’s Aaron Wilson reported Monday. Johnson is projected as a first-round pick by The Sports Xchange.

Johnson officially ran a 4.52-second 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine and also had a 6.79-second 3-cone and blazing 3.89-second short shuttle at 6 feet, 188 pounds. He also impressed with a 41.5-inch vertical leap and 10-foot, 10-inch broad jump. NFL teams clocked Johnson at 4.44 seconds in the 40-yard dash at the combine, Yahoo! Sports’ Eric Edhold tweeted last month.

Johnson recorded 44 tackles and one interception last season. He had seven career interceptions in four seasons with the Demon Deacons.

The Patriots also worked out Oklahoma cornerback Julian Wilson, a source told The Sun. Wilson ran a 4.48-second 40-yard dash at his pro day. The 6-foot-2, 205-pound prospect ran a 6.94-second 3-cone and 4.22-second short shuttle at the combine, and had a 36-inch vertical leap and 10-foot, 5-inch broad jump.
