FOXBOROUGH, Mass. — Scott Caldwell scored his first MLS goal and had an assist, and the New England Revolution beat Real Salt Lake 4-0 on Saturday.

New England (4-2-2) extended its undefeated streak to six games, while Real Salt Lake (2-2-3) lost its second straight.

Chris Tierney opened the scoring in the 39th minute. He faked a left-footed shot from the corner of the box, took one dribble and curled in a ball with his right foot. Juan Agudelo made it 2-0 in the 43rd. Charlie Davies’ shot bounced off goalkeeper Jeff Attinella’s hands, and Agudelo tapped in an easy finish at the far post.

In the second half, Caldwell sent a ball in front of goal in the 50th minute, and Davies headed it in the back of the net. Caldwell scored a rebound goal in the 84th after Attinella blocked two close-range shots.
