Thomas Muller performed excellently during Bayern Munich’s rout of FC Porto on Tuesday. Muller further endeared himself to Bayern Munich’s fans after the final whistle by becoming one of them.

Muller grabbed one fan’s megaphone and led supporters and his teammates in a customary postgame celebration chant. We’re not sure exactly what Muller and the crowd were saying, but it was quite the spectacle, nonetheless.

Muller and Bayern Munich were right to be in a jubilant mood following their 6-1 demolition of Porto in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals.

Muller, 25, already is nearing legendary status for his exploits with Bayern Munich and Germany’s World-Cup-winning national team.

Fans likely will remember the goal Muller scored with them after the game longer than the record-setting one he scored during the contest.
