Deflategate has spawned hot takes, countless debates and more coverage than necessary, and now it has even spawned a catchy song.

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft announced Tuesday the organization would not appeal the harsh punishments sanctioned by commissioner Roger Goodell in response to DeflategateĀ allegations and the Wells Report. That doesn’t mean Tom Brady won’t continue his fight to get his punishment overturned, however, and he’s got Ayla Brown on his side.

The recently coined ‘Free Brady’ slogan has been showing its faceĀ everywhere, from the tops of graduation caps to crudely painted signs littering the bleachers of ballparks across the country, and now the music industry is getting in on the fun.

Brown, a formerĀ “American Idol”Ā candidate,Ā has taken to the Internet to expressĀ her support for the four-time Super Bowl champion by releasing a song, predictably titled, “#FreeTomBrady.” Ā The daughter of former Massachusetts Sen.Ā Scott Brown stands by “her man,” and hits listeners with inescapably catchy melodies supporting the New England superstar.

Did Brady deflate those footballs as the Wells Report clearly insinuates? The definitive details are still being worked outĀ by NFL officials, but Brown doesn’t seemed too concerned about the intricacies of the case — all she wants is to “free Tom Brady,” so she can see him battle against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sept. 10 at Gillette Stadium.

As for now, Patriots Nation will sing along with Brown and hope her lyrics eventually come to fruition.
