Liverpool switched to black in order to give fans a glimpse of its future.
Liverpool debuted its all-black third uniform for 2015-16 Saturday in its Premier League loss to Stoke City. New Balance manufactures the black strip, which Liverpool will wear in some games next season.

Liverpool wore the new uniforms in its final game of the 2014-15 season — a 6-1 reverse at the Britannia Stadium.
The new uniforms will go on sale on June 25. Fans can pre-order the new jersey, shorts and socks at the Official LFC Online Store or heading to any official club retail outlet.
