Rob Gronkowski typically puts smiles on people’s faces, but one of those smiles shone a little bit brighter Wednesday.

Divan Silva received a special surprise Wednesday when the New England Patriots star came to visit him and other patients at Boston Children’s Hospital after delivering a $406,000 check from Dunkin’ Donuts. The 7-year-old was shot in the back last weekend while riding his bike in Dorchester and has been recovering in the hospital ever since, according to CBS Boston.

Fortunately, Silva was feeling up to some company when Gronkowski came to visit. Silva reportedly was smiling while he colored and hung out with the Pats superstar, though no dancing was involved.

And the best news: Silva finally was released from the hospital Wednesday evening after Gronkowski’s visit.

Check out more from Gronk’s visit in the video below.
