The Boston Celtics added another guard to their roster by selecting R.J. Hunter with the No. 28 pick in the 2015 NBA Draft on Thursday night.

Hunter could become the first Georgia State player to play in the NBA. He led the Panthers to the 2015 NCAA Tournament, where they upset Baylor in the second round before losing to Xavier.

Hunter averaged 19.7 points, 4.7 rebounds and 3.6 assists in 35 games for the Panthers last season. He also shot 87.1 percent from the free-throw line.

The Celtics drafted Louisville point guard Terry Rozier with the No. 16 pick in the first round.
