It’s the moment Philadelphia 76ers fans have been waiting 11 seasons for: Andre Iguodala is the MVP of the NBA Finals.
Unfortunately for Philly, the moment came three seasons and two teams too late.
Iguodala, 31, won the Bill Russell Award as Finals MVP after the Golden State Warriors defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 6 of the NBA Finals 105-97. He becomes the first player ever to win the award after not starting a single regular-season game that season.

Iguodala averaged 16.3 points, 5.8 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.0 steals per game in the Finals, though he earned our MVP vote just for mocking LeBron James in Game 4.
