There’s a good reason Tom Brady and Josh McDaniels praised Brandon LaFell’s toughness last season.
The New England Patriots wide receiver played through toe and shoulder injuries on the way to the team’s Super Bowl XLIX win, and now it appears one of those ailments is delaying the start of his 2015 offseason work.
LaFell was spotted at Danny Amendola’s Celebrity Waiter Night in a walking boot, as pointed out by The Boston Globe’s Ben Volin.
