The Miami Dolphins defensive back wowed fans when he elevated to snag a touchdown pass away from Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson, arguably the best receiver in the NFL. But it was Johnson’s lack of effort on the play that led to the remarkable grab, according to FootballbyFootball.com‘s Matt Chatham.

“Both catches by Grimes and Beckham were things of football beauty. You’d be hard pressed to find a defensive player make a more impressive grab of a football from now until you die,” Chatham praises. “I’d be fine if we just left it at that.
