The Boston Bruins will return to the ice Sept. 20 for their preseason opener against the New Jersey Devils at the Dunkin’ Donuts Center in Providence.
Four of the team’s seven preseason games are in New England. The Bruins’ final preseason matchup is Oct. 2 against the Washington Capitals at the Verizon Center. Boston plays the both Detroit Red Wings and Capitals twice, once at home and once away each.
