Celtics Face Busy NBA Summer League Schedule In Utah, Las Vegas In July

The Boston Celtics are in for a busy summer, as they will compete at two of the three sites of the 2015 Samsung NBA Summer League.

Second-year guard Marcus Smart and James Young are expected to join the Celtics’ 2015 draft picks, possible roster holdovers from last season and an array of invitees in Salt Lake City and Las Vegas from July 6 to July 20. The full schedules were released by the NBA on Tuesday with games beginning July 4 in Orlando, which the Celtics will skip to head out West early.

Las Vegas also will feature “playoffs,” which the Celtics could participate in depending on their record after three games there.

The Celtics’ full summer league schedule appears below.

Utah
Monday, July 6: Utah Jazz, 9 p.m. ET
Tuesday, July 7: Philadelphia 76ers, 7 p.m. ET
Thursday, July 9: San Antonio Spurs, 7 p.m. ET

Las Vegas
Saturday, July 11: Portland Trail Blazers, 8 p.m. ET
Sunday, July 12: Philadelphia 76ers, 10:30 p.m. ET
Tuesday, July 14: Miami Heat, 7 p.m. ET
