Boston Red Sox starter Clay Buchholz continued his fine form this week with an impressive win over the Baltimore Orioles on Wednesday night.

The 30-year-right hander pitched seven innings and gave up eight hits, one run, with one walk and seven strikeouts. The victory was good enough to earn him Amica Pitcher of the Week honors.

Buchholz has won four of his last five starts and he’s pitched six or more innings in four of those games. He’s also given up a total of just nine earned runs in that five-game span.
