UPDATE (9:35 p.m. ET): Dustin Pedroia exited Wednesday night’s game with right hamstring tightness, according to the Boston Red Sox.

ORIGINAL STORY: BOSTON — It was an eventful night on the base paths.

Red Sox second baseman Dustin Pedroia exited Wednesday’s game against the Baltimore Orioles at Fenway Park with an apparent leg injury after delivering a two-run single in the sixth inning.
