Gordon Beckham’s parents must be proud.
The Chicago White Sox third baseman commemorated Father’s Day on Sunday by smacking a walk-off home run in a 3-2 win over the Texas Rangers.
If that moment felt familiar for White Sox fans, it’s because last month, wearing a pink Mother’s Day armband rather than one of the baby blue ones worn on Father’s Day, Beckham also provided the game-clinching hit in another walk-off win for Chicago.
