Dear everyone: Twitter is bad. Twitter is dangerous. If you don’t have anything nice to say, delete your Twitter account now.

Oh, and by everyone, we mean Los Angeles Lakers draft pick Larry Nance Jr.

The 6-foot-8 forward tweeted a very tasteless joke aimed at now-teammate Kobe Bryant back in 2012. Someone discovered it Thursday night, though, and the infinite amount of sudden retweets apparently prompted Nance to delete the tweet. But this is the Internet in 2015, so nothing is ever truly gone.

Not cool, Larry.

Nance was just 19 at the time, but it’s still inexcusable. Let’s just hope this is his “Welcome to the NBA” moment and greener pastures are ahead.
