The West Coast turned to the East Coast for some weather advice Sunday night.

The Los Angeles Angels’ official Twitter account sent a tweet to the Boston Red Sox’s official Twitter account during the teams’ rain delay at Angel Stadium of Anaheim. The Halos, who aren’t used to such inclement weather, weren’t quite sure how to pass the time. They figured the Sox were experts.

The Red Sox, who every year deal with the craziness of New England weather, happily obliged, offering a few tidbits to their West Coast counterparts. The Colorado Rockies’ official Twitter account even joined the party. Folks in Denver, of course, know a thing or two about inclement weather as well.

Unfortunately, Mother Nature never fully cooperated with the Red Sox and Angels. Sunday night’s game was rained out, forcing a doubleheader Monday.
