UPDATE (6:13 p.m. ET): The Boston Red Sox traded outfielder Shane Victorino to the Los Angeles Angels only one hour before first pitch, triggering a full lineup change for Monday night’s game against the Chicago White Sox.

Rusney Castillo, called up from Triple-A Pawtucket, will bat seventh and play right field. Hanley Ramirez slides up to the No. 2 spot, and Pablo Sandoval goes from the No. 7 to the No. 6 hole.

Here’s the fully updated Red Sox lineup.

RED SOX (44-55)
Mookie Betts, CF
Hanley Ramirez, LF
Xander Bogaerts, SS
David Ortiz, DH
Mike Napoli, 1B
Pablo Sandoval, 3B
Rusney Castillo, RF
Ryan Hanigan, C
Jemile Weeks, 2B

ORIGINAL STORY: Jemile Weeks is in the Boston Red Sox’s starting lineup Monday. It marks his first start of 2015.

Brock Holt, who figures to be the second baseman with Dustin Pedroia on the disabled list, is out of the Red Sox’s lineup for their series opener against the Chicago White Sox at Fenway Park. Holt exited Sunday’s 11-1 win over the Detroit Tigers after hyperextending his left knee in the fifth inning. He was replaced by Weeks, who was called up from Triple-A Pawtucket earlier in the day.

Shane Victorino will bat second and play right field as Joe Kelly toes the rubber versus Chicago. Kelly allowed four earned runs on six hits, including three homers, over 5 1/3 innings in his last start Wednesday against the Houston Astros. It was Kelly’s first major league start in a month.
