Don’t know what to be for Halloween this year? If you are considering going as an NHL player, the league’s official shop is one place to buy a mask.
The league recently unveiled new high-definition masks of nine players on its shop page at NHL.com, including one of Boston Bruins defenseman Zdeno Chara. If you were looking for a scary mask of Chara, this one probably isn’t for you because the B’s captain is somewhat smiling in the photo.
The other player masks available include Sidney Crosby, Claude Giroux, Steven Stamkos, Patrick Kane, Pavel Datsyuk, Jonathan Toews, Wayne Simmonds and Henrik Lundqvist.
According to the listing, each mask “is (fully) breathable and allows a full range of sight and speech to make it safe for superfans and trick-or-treaters alike.”
