ORIGINAL STORY: The Boston Celtics have acquired guard Zoran Dragic via a trade with the Miami Heat, multiple outlets reported Monday.
ESPN’s Dan Le Batard was the first to report news of the trade, and Brian Windhorst later shared the particulars of the deal.

Dragic, the younger brother of starting Heat point guard Goran Dragic, played sparingly as an NBA rookie last season, appearing in six games with the Phoenix Suns and 10 with the Heat. He and his brother both were shipped from Phoenix to Miami at the trade deadline.
The 26-year-old Slovenian’s presence further complicates things from a roster standpoint for the Celtics, who already projected to have 16 players signed to guaranteed contracts — one more than the league maximum of 15 — before Monday’s reported trade.
Dragic averaged 12.2 points and 3.8 rebounds in four Las Vegas summer league games for the Heat.
