Shaquille O’Neal and Scottie Pippen both were great basketball players in their day. But it looks as though they’re not about to admit as much about each other.
For whatever reason, Shaq took to Instagram on Sunday to boldly assert that some of the best Los Angeles Lakers would absolutely destroy a team composed of some of the best Chicago Bulls.
Pippen wasn’t about to sit back and take O’Neal’s completely random trash talk, so on Monday, he decided to give the former big man a history lesson.
Shaq wasn’t too pleased with the former Bulls forward’s response, and he quickly decided that maybe Pippen wasn’t one of Chicago’s best, after all. Plus, he showed off some pretty rough Photoshop skills.
Pippen gets that one a lot, so he was more than ready to fire back with something that O’Neal gets a lot of flak for. He also reminded Shaq that he didn’t exactly do everything on his own during his career, either.
Shaq was still going with weird posts late Monday, but Pippen seemed to be done Tuesday, so it looks as though this battle might be in the books. For now.
