The Toronto Blue Jays are an offensive machine, and Edwin Encarnacion provided the latest display of their power, blasting three home runs and tallying nine RBIs on Saturday in a 15-1 win over the Detroit Tigers.
Encarnacion’sĀ first homer, a three-run shot to left field, extended his hitting streak to 24 games, the longest for a Blue Jays player since Scott Rolen’s 25-game run in 2009.
