Brad Keselowski Runs Over Pit Crew Members During Dicey Pit Stop (Video)

The pits at Pocono Raceway were a dangerous place to be Sunday.

The Windows 10 400 had plenty of late-race drama centered around fuel usage, overshadowing a couple of scary pit road incidents earlier in the race.

The first of those incidents came in the race’s early laps, when Kasey Kahne went spinning out of turn 3. Kahne came out of the corner hard and went right down the track. He went all the way down into the pit and crashed into the wall. Luckily, there was no one too close to the wall when he slammed into it.

The crash even left a piece of Kahne’s car lodgedin the wall.

Scary stuff, obviously, but that might have paled in comparison to what happened later in Brad Keselowski’s pit box. The 2012 Sprint Cup champion overshot the end of the pit box, and his pit crew paid for it. Keselowski ended up hitting two pit crew members. He even clipped the jack man, sending the jack flying into the air as the crew member just missed being run over.

Thankfully, in both instances, everyone was OK.
