The New England Patriots played poorly for most of the first half during Saturday night’s preseason game against the New Orleans Saints, but the second quarter ended on a high note thanks to Jimmy Garoppolo.

The Patriots backup quarterback made a very nice play to evade a sack, roll out of the pocket and find Chris Harper in the end zone for his team’s first touchdown of the game with 14 seconds remaining.

Garoppolo completed 11 of 13 passes for 113 yards and a touchdown in the first half, but the Saints entered halftime with a 21-7 lead.
