Macklemore’s new music video — and really, the song itself — is weird. However, there’s one familiar face baseball fans will love to see.
Seattle Mariners great Ken Griffey Jr. makes a cameo in the video for the song “Downtown,” which again, is weird.
Macklemore is a Seattle native, whose love for Seattle sports teams has been well documented. In the “Downtown” video, Griffey appears wearing an old-school Mariners hat and looks to be creating his famous 1989 Upper Deck rookie card.
