Aaron Hernandez just can’t stay out of trouble.

The former New England Patriots tight end, serving a life sentence without parole for the murder of Odin Lloyd, was involved in a prison fight with another inmate Thursday, WHDH reported. The reported incident took place at the Souza Baranowski Correctional Facility in Shirley, Mass. It’s unclear what provoked the fight.

Hernandez was involved in a prison fight back in May, too. CNN reported Hernandez served as the lookout while an inmate went into another cell and started a fight. The fight was being investigated as gang-related, CNN reported at the time.

The former NFL star has also been caught smoking in the yard, WHDH reports.

Hernandez is scheduled to face another trial later this year for a 2012 double murder in Boston.
