The Boston Red Sox can sweep their final interleague series of the season when they host the Philadelphia Phillies on Sunday afternoon at Fenway Park.

Boston has made only one change to the lineup that beat Philadelphia 9-2 on Saturday. Ryan Hanigan will start at catcher and bat seventh. He replaces Blake Swihart, who went 2 for 4 on Saturday.
