Jordan Spieth apparently is more than just the world’s best golfer.

The two-time major winner tried his hand at professional baseball when he threw out the first pitch at Fenway Park on Tuesday ahead of the Boston Red Sox’s game against the New York Yankees. Spieth’s pitch to Red Sox starter Joe Kelly was high, but at least it was over the plate.

The 22-year-old wasn’t the only golfer at Fenway, either. Rickie Fowler also was in the building as Kelly’s guest.

Both Spieth and Fowler are in town for the Deutsche Bank Championship, which begins Wednesday at TPC Boston in Norton, Mass.
