Kelly Olynyk was back on the court this week for Team Canada.

The Boston Celtics center, who suffered an apparent knee injury last week in an exhibition game against Argentina, returned to action for Tuesday’s rematch, which came during the first round of the 2015 FIBA Americas Championship in Mexico City.

Olynyk went just 4 for 13 from the floor (and 0 for 4 from 3-point range) but was the only Canadian player to record a double-double in the game, finishing with 11 points and a team-high 10 rebounds. He also dished out four assists, including this alley-oop to Minnesota Timberwolves forward Anthony Bennett:

Olynyk’s efforts weren’t enough to hold off the Argentinians, however, who rode a monster night by Toronto Raptors forward Luis Scola (35 points, 13 rebounds) to a 94-87 win. Canada will continue tournament play Wednesday against Cuba.

“I think (Wednesday), we’ve just got to bring it, bring lots of energy,” Olynyk said, via Team Canada’s official website. “Keep doing what we’ve been doing the past two weeks: playing together, playing as one, moving the ball. When we do that kind of stuff, the ball goes in the basket.”
