Phil Knight, a co-founder of Nike, makes it no secret he attended Oregon, almost to the point where maybe someone should say, “Are we sure this doesn’t violate any NCAA rules?”
The relationship between the two Pacific Northwest institutions has manifested itself in various ways over the years. The most notable has been the innovative uniforms and gear Nike has provided the Ducks. That gear, plus the seemingly limitless uniform combinations, has helped Oregon in recruiting.
We’re guessing the latest collaboration between the two might do that, too.
Nike recently released a spot-on spoof of the famous toga party scene from the classic movie “Animal House,” featuring some of the greatest Ducks of all time. It’s pretty fantastic, to be honest. Check it out below.
