Titans’ Marcus Mariota Loses Just About Everything After Huge Hit (Video)

Marcus Mariota had a pretty awesome NFL debut, but he’s not having too much fun this time around.

The Tennessee Titans’ rookie quarterback started his first road game Sunday against the Cleveland Browns and got quite the rude introduction in the first half.

To recap: Mariota lost his right shoe, his helmet and most importantly the football after a crushing hit from Browns defensive lineman John Hughes III. You’re gonna need those three things to play football, Marcus.

While the Heisman Trophy winner struggled on one side of the ball, 2012 Heisman winner Johnny Manziel got off to a smashing start on the other, dropping a 60-yard touchdown pass to Travis Benjamin on his first pass of the game.
