The most notable female UFC star is undoubtedly Ronda Rousey. But Paige VanZant is starting to turn heads, too.
VanZant was one of the stars of UFC 191 on Saturday in Las Vegas, where she submitted Alex Chambers in the third round. She now boasts a 6-1-0 record.
VanZant also showed her tenacity in Saturday night’s fight. She won the first two rounds, but she wasn’t going to be satisfied with a decision. She went for the win in the third, and she got it.
It looks as though another female MMA star is about to take flight.
