Cowboys’ Dez Bryant Adopts Adorable Baby Monkey, Names It ‘Dallas’ (Photo)

Dez Bryant just can’t keep himself from monkey business. Literally.

The Dallas Cowboys wide receiver posted a photo to Instagram today introducing his new pet, a monkey named Dallas.

That’s probably the most adorable monkey we’ve ever seen.

Interestingly enough, Bryant isn’t the first Cowboys wideout to own a monkey as a pet. As ESPN.com pointed out, Oronde Gadsden — who played for Dallas in the mid-90s — had a monkey named Malik that apparently hung out at the team’s practice facility. Malik once was sent home from training camp because St. Edward’s University had a no-pets policy.

As long as Bryant doesn’t leave Dallas at an airport a la Justin Bieber, we think this relationship will work out well.

Let’s just hope Bryant and Dallas don’t go jumping on the bed, though. The All-Pro receiver already has a broken foot, so the last thing he needs is to fall off and bump his head.
