Curt Schilling just can’t help himself when it comes to social media.
The baseball legend has been making plenty of news in recent months but not for anything having to do with hardball. Instead, Schilling’s ultra-conservative viewpoints have him in the headlines — and in some cases, in hot water.
Schilling, who was pulled from ESPN’s “Sunday Night Baseball” broadcasts for retweeting a tweet comparing radical Muslims to Nazis.
On Tuesday night, with the Democratic debate on center stage, Schilling just had to weigh in, combining for something of a political alley-oop with Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump.
