Daniel Tosh Bets On Patriots To Help Friend Pay For Cancer Treatment (Photo)

Comedian Daniel Tosh is Dolphins fan, but that doesn’t mean he was pulling for Miami during the first half of its game against the New England Patriots on Thursday.

Tosh, who is best known for his Comedy Central TV show “Tosh.0,” bet on the Patriots to cover the first-half three-point spread over his beloved Dolphins. He planned to double the $25,000 his show raised for his friend Andy Ritchie, who is battling brain cancer, which he did in the Patriots’ 36-7 win.

So what does this mean for Ritchie?

“Once I double it, (Ritchie) can do whatever he wants with it; go on a lion-hunting safari or get treatment,” Tosh said, via The Hollywood Reporter.

Now that’s a good friend.
