DraftKings Week 4 Dream Lineup: Derek Carr, Joseph Randle Best Value Picks

If your season-long fantasy football team is decimated by injuries and underperforming players, you might consider trying your luck in weekly games at DraftKings.

The New England Patriots and a few other teams are on a bye in Week 4, which will add another layer of difficulty for players filling out their weekly lineups.

Quarterback: Derek Carr, Oakland Raiders ($5,300)
Carr has posted back-to-back 300-yard games and this week plays against a Chicago Bears defense that has given up eight passing touchdowns, second-most in the NFL.

Running Backs: Devonta Freeman, Atlanta Falcons ($5,200); Joseph Randle, Dallas Cowboys ($5,300)
Freeman had a career day with 141 yards and three touchdowns against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 3. He won’t replicate those numbers in Week 4, but he still should have a productive day against a Houston Texans defense that has allowed 108 rushing yards per game.

Randle also had three touchdowns in Week 3 and is a smart play because the Cowboys appear to be heavily reliant on the running game with Tony Romo injured.

Wide Receivers: Larry Fitzgerald, Arizona Cardinals ($6,500); Donte Moncrief, Indianapolis Colts ($5,000); Julio Jones, Falcons ($9,300)
Fitzgerald has averaged 123 receiving yards with five total touchdowns over the last two weeks. Cardinals quarterback Carson Palmer has been an elite fantasy quarterback through three games, and Fitzgerald is his top target.

Moncrief leads the Colts in receptions, ranks second on the team in targets and has scored a touchdown in back-to-back games. He’s one of the better value picks of the week at $5,000.

Tight End: Greg Olsen, Carolina Panthers ($5,400)
New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski is on a bye this week, so the next best option for weekly fantasy players is Olsen. The Panthers tight end had eight catches on 11 targets for 134 yards and two touchdowns in Week 3, and on Sunday, he’ll play against a Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense that ranks 28th against the pass.

Flex: Carlos Hyde, San Francisco 49ers ($5,100)
Hyde is a risky pick because the 49ers could be trailing early against the Packers, but San Francisco has been committed to the running game, which is encouraging. The second-yard pro also is averaging an impressive 4.9 yards per carry.

Defense: Green Bay Packers ($2,700)
Niners quarterback Colin Kaepernick threw two first-half interceptions against the Cardinals last week, and both were returned for touchdowns. He finished with four interceptions, and the Packers should be able to force a few turnovers of their own when they face the 49ers in Week 4.
