Juan Agudelo has ensured the Revolution won’t ever forget their last goal of the 2015 Major League Soccer season.

Agudelo scored a sensational bicycle-kick goal Wednesday in the Revolution’s 2-1 loss to DC United in the 2015 MLS Playoffs.

The game was goalless in the 15th minute when Revolution fullback Kevin Alston floated a cross toward the back post. Agudelo jumped between two defenders and struck the sweetest of mid-air volleys.

The Revolution failed to preserve the early lead Agudelo had given them, and DC United prevailed in the one-game playoff.

But Agudelo’s sure-fire goal of the year contender means the Revolution didn’t bow out of 2015 without first making a sight to behold.
