Things are looking up for Lamar Odom.
The former NBA player, who has been in a coma since Tuesday, opened his eyes and communicated with family members Friday, a source told E! News.
The source claimed Odom managed to say, “Hey, baby,” and gave a thumbs up to estranged wife Khloe Kardashian, who reportedly is legally in charge of making his medical decisions, before he closed his eyes again. E! News also is reporting that he no longer needs a breathing tube.
This all comes after Odom was rushed to a Nevada hospital Tuesday after he was found unconscious at Dennis Rof’s Love Ranch South, a Las Vegas-area brothel.
Odom reportedly partied at the brothel for multiple days and took an herbal substance as a substitute for Viagra before being found unconscious.
