Rob Gronkowski Takes Marcus Gilchrist For A Ride During Patriots-Jets (Video)

by

Welcome aboard the Rob Gronkowski train, Marcus Gilchrist.

The New York Jets safety checks in at 5-foot-10, 198 pounds, but you’d never know it by watching him attempt to tackle the New England Patriots tight end/freak of nature during Sunday’s matchup between the Patriots and Jets.

Gronkowski’s 23-yard catch-and-run brought the Patriots to the Jets’ 12-yard line with less than 10 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter, and Tom Brady found wide receiver Danny Amendola three plays later for a go-ahead touchdown.

Gronkowski added a score of his own on the next Patriots drive to put a bow on New England’s 30-23 victory.
