Samantha Hoopes took a page out of Lindsey Pelas’ book.
Pelas, a popular Instagram model, recently revealed to TMZ that she had a thing for Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt. Her advances didn’t quite work out — Pelas since has said she’s over Watt — but that didn’t stop Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Samantha Hoopes from revealing her athlete crush.
Hoopes told TMZ when pressed on the issue that she likes Los Angeles Clippers star Blake Griffin, calling him “cute” and “a good package.” Plus, her last name is conducive with a basketball relationship.
It’s now on Griffin to take advantage of his golden opportunity. Of course, that’s if Griffin is interested.
The five-time NBA All-Star was said to be dating former Florida Gators volleyball player Kari Klinkenborg as recently as April. Klinkenborg, as you might remember, once dated former NFL star Terrell Owens.
It also should be noted that Griffin has a kid with Matt Leinart’s ex, Brynn Cameron, in case you’re keeping score at home.
