The Cardinals, meanwhile, are coming off a disappointing loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers last week and need a win to extend their lead over the St. Louis Rams in the NFC West division. Arizona is 4-2, but St. Louis isn’t far behind at 3-3 after a Week 7 win.
