The Boston Bruins take on the Detroit Red Wings in an Original Six matchup at TD Garden on Saturday night.

The B’s are searching for their second home win of the season. They are 1-5-1 at TD Garden after losing 3-2 to the Colorado Avalanche on Thursday night. Saturday’s matchup is the second of a five-game homestand that ends Nov. 21.

The Red Wings’ lineup received a major boost with the return of superstar center Pavel Datsyuk in Friday’s game against the San Jose Sharks. The Russian forward will remain in the lineup when the Red Wings face the Bruins. Datsyuk has tallied 14 points in 15 career games against Boston.
