After wrapping up practice Monday, the Boston Bruins donned their Santa hats and headed to Target.

On the shopping list: holiday toys, which the players will deliver next month to children at several local hospitals.

The entire Bruins team participated (more photos can be found on the team’s Twitter page), but the star of the show was injured winger David Pastrnak, who cruised around on a motorized scooter as he continues to recover from a broken foot.

As for the practice itself, the Bruins reportedly had full attendance, with defenseman Colin Miller returning to the ice after missing Saturday’s game with a lower body injury. Miller’s status for Tuesday’s matchup with the San Jose Sharks remains unclear.

“He’s headed in the right direction,” head coach Claude Julien told reporters after practice, per the team. “We’ll see (Tuesday) what the trainers have to tell me, but (Monday), he had no restrictions.”
