Week 11 of the NFL season has several teams with elite fantasy football players on a bye, most notably the New York Giants, Pittsburgh Steelers and New Orleans Saints.

This situation makes choosing which players to start and sit a bit more difficult. But don’t worry, you’ve come to the right place for help. Here’s some start/sit advice for players you might be unsure of.

Quarterback: Tony Romo, Dallas Cowboys (if active)
Sure, Romo is coming off a serious injury and hasn’t played since Week 2. That said, he has plenty of weapons to target, including an elite receiver in Dez Bryant, and the Miami Dolphins defense has given up 17 touchdown passes with just seven interceptions.

Let’s not forget Dallas needs to win or its already-slim playoff hopes will be erased.

Quarterbacks to start: Derek Carr (OAK), Jay Cutler (CHI), Matt Ryan (ATL), Matthew Stafford (DET)
Quarterbacks to sit: Carson Palmer (ARI), Joe Flacco (BAL), Kirk Cousins (WSH), Andy Dalton (CIN)

Running Back: Charcandrick West, Kansas City Chiefs
Jamaal Charles’ season-ending injury was supposed to be a devastating blow to Kansas City’s playoff chances, but Andy Reid’s team still has a shot at a wild-card playoff berth in the AFC.

One of the reasons has been the play of Charcandrick West, who’s done a fantastic job replacing Charles as the team’s No. 1 running back. West has tallied more than 100 total yards in each of the last three games — all Chiefs wins — with four total touchdowns, including three straight games with a rushing score.

He’s an RB1 in Week 11 against the San Diego Chargers’ 30th-ranked run defense,

Running backs to start: Darren McFadden (DAL), Jonathan Stewart (CAR), Jeremy Langford (CHI), Ronnie Hillman (DEN)
Running backs to sit: James Starts (GB), Eddie Lacy (GB), Theo Riddick (DET), C.J. Anderson (DEN), Justin Forsett (BAL), Alfred Morris (WSH)

Wide Receiver: Randall Cobb, Green Bay Packers
A lot of people are advising to sit Cobb because of his tough matchup against the stingy Minnesota Vikings pass defense, but Aaron Rodgers’ No. 1 receiver is a must-start each week.

Cobb has averaged just under nine targets per game, including 10 in Sunday’s loss to the Detroit Lions. He had four receptions for 99 yards and a touchdown against the Carolina Panthers in Week 9, so he’s certainly capable of overcoming a good defense and still being fantasy relevant.

Wide receivers to start: Dorial Green-Beckham (TEN), Brandon LaFell (NE), Jarvis Landry (MIA), Jamison Crowder (WSH)
Wide receivers to sit: John Brown (ARI), Michael Floyd (ARI), Jeremy Maclin (KC)

Tight End: Jordan Reed, Washington Redskins
The Redskins have a tough matchup against an elite Panthers defense, but quarterback Kirk Cousins has to throw to someone, and one of his most trusted pass-catchers is Reed. The third-year tight end has averaged more than eight targets per game and is a huge red-zone threat, evidenced by his five touchdowns in just the last three games.

Tight ends to start: Eric Ebron (DET), Travis Kelce (KC)
Tight ends to sit: Owen Daniels (DEN), Martellus Bennett (CHI)
