Denver Broncos quarterback Brock Osweiler was efficient, and he made a great read on his second touchdown pass in his first career start Sunday against the Chicago Bears.
Osweiler saw that the Bears were in three-sky coverage, so he hit wide receiver Cody Latimer on a skinny post in the Broncos’ 17-15 win. It was the sort of play that validated Denver’s decision to start him at quarterback with Peyton Manning injured.
