When the New York Giants and New England Patriots meet up, their matchups are must-see TV. They proved as much again Sunday.
After New England Patriots kicker Stephen Gostkowski made the game-winning 54-yard field goal, E! news anchor Maria Menounos took some small jabs at the Giants. The Medford, Mass., native showed her Patriots loyalty.
Former Giants defensive end and Hall of Famer Michael Strahan couldn’t resist responding.
The two threw a few blows back and fourth, but it was all in good fun.
If the Giants and Patriots end up crossing paths come February, one thing is certain: The game will be entertaining, as will the social media banter.
